'The Decendent' grabs the reader from the first page and drives them on an action packed roller coaster until the very end. It's so original that you'll never guess what is happening next, but what makes this story so different and kept me engrossed was the bizarre mix of sci-fi/technothriller with biotech intrigue and romance. The action is so real, that reading it is like watching a movie in your head. Now I can't wait to read the Joshua files to see where it all ends!

Bought this for my grandson, who loves the series.
A great combination of genetic science and action, with a little romance thrown in for fun! The author deftly combines non-stop action into this tale centering around DNA found in an ancient structure, adds in enjoyable characters, and ancient civilizations and prophecies. This is a very engaging novel that will keep you entertained for hours!
